About the Book

Following the success of the authors debut art-focused book, Quantumanism, this new collection demonstrates the authors versatility in blending visual and literary arts. Each poem reflects themes of love, loss, and human experience, inviting readers to connect deeply with universal emotions while glimpsing the unique life experiences that inspired them.

About the Author

Born in Tehran, Iran, in 1962, Kauveh Rusta is the fourth of six children. The early loss of a beloved cousin shaped the authors worldview and creative path. Relocating to Belgium at 20, he initially pursued medicine but soon returned to his true passion: painting and drawing. A graduate of the Fine Art Academy, the author has spent decades integrating poetry, music, and visual arts, cultivating a distinctive artistic voice.

Inspiration Behind the Work

Kauveh Rusta describes this collection as a culmination of a lifetime of reflection and artistic expression. From over 100 poems written, 20 were carefully selected for their emotional depth and their ability to convey the essence of human experience. Rusta also acknowledges her sisters contribution in translating the poems into English, ensuring the collection reaches a broader, international audience.
