CPG Appoints Matt Palese as Chief Revenue Officer

A proven strategic sales executive with over 27 years of industry experience, Matt brings a deep track record of building high-performing teams and delivering sustained revenue growth across diverse business disciplines.

Prior to joining CPG, Palese spent 18 years at Equinix, where he held leadership roles spanning Sales, and Finance. Most recently, he led a strategic account team responsible for over $500 million in annual revenue, while also developing new go-to-market strategies tailored to Fortune 500 clients. His unique crossover into Finance included P&L oversight for data center assets across seven major U.S. markets, where he regularly presented new build and brownfield investment opportunities to Equinix's executive leadership and Board of Directors.

Matt and his wife Maria live in Northern Virginia and are proud alumni of George Mason University. Married for over 26 years, they have two daughtersAva and Angelagraduates of Virginia Tech and James Madison University, respectively. The Palese family enjoys time outdoors with their two Australian Shepherds and frequent visits to the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
