Donegal Abbey Private Equity announced today that it has provided $58 million in construction financing for the redevelopment of a 500-key Marriott-branded resort and spa located on Buena Vista Dr in Kissimmee, Florida.
The financing was completed in collaboration with Norwich Hotel Development LLC, based in New York, who are leading the development of the project.
